Returns

Our policy on returns and replacements.

Opened or shipped product: To protect the integrity of every vial, we cannot accept returns of product that has shipped.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no cost.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the carrier scans the parcel.
