Shipping
How and where we ship.
- Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2 pm local time ship the same business day. All other orders ship within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Carrier and packaging
- Orders ship with Estafeta in packaging that protects the vials from impact, with a tamper-evident seal. Vials ship as lyophilized powder, which is stable in transit, so no ice pack is needed.
- Regions
- We ship within Mexico only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
- Rates
- Shipping is free on orders over $3,000 MXN. Orders below that ship next day for a flat $220 MXN, shown at checkout before payment.
- Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
